So I have this form which gets filled out and data appears--easy peasy. What I'd like to do is have this data arranged like a report with all answers under the first question displayed with the tech's name and date, then the next question , with all the data under that question, etc. see this

I would also like this report to build (ie. new answers inserted into the appropriate place and cause all subsequent entries to move down), so i can print this out and have the latest answers on my report when I need them. How would I at least start to get this working?

following is my convoluted solution to the problem where I have inserted two rows under the header row in the response table, and I have also used VMERGE (custom written function by ahab from Script gallery)
