Google Doc help- Spreadsheet Formula --- counting for yes in 1 column and then a name in column #2
I have a spread sheet that has over 30 different columns, each column has specific info in it that is related to the job in that row. 

I am try to get a count of a items based on a yes answer in one column and a name in a second one. 

So for my totals if answer is "yes" in column #1, i want it to search column #2 for a specific name, if that name is there it goes in totals for that person. Is there a formula for that ?
