How can I concatenate four values to create an index column?
A spreadsheet has multiple columns, Index, StreetNumber, StreetName, UnitNumber, District etc  I would like to set the value for Index as Streetnum:Streetname:Street unit: District. (any separator will do) as each row is filled in from the form.
I seem to be  able to only concatenate the first two values using the CONCAT function.
Using MacBook Air
