I have a sheet where column B2:B equals a name and column H2:H contains a percentage.

I am trying to count the total number of accurances that column B2:B=Ryanand h2:H=100%. When I try and use the
following formula i get a parse error. Any help would be so appreciated.

OK here is a copy of the workbook I am trying to get working. I Hope this helps. I am simply try to sum the occurnces
of 100%(s) where the name Ryan as a criteria is meet.
