I have a cell which is taken from an RSS feed it gives me "Isogen BUY 125.02 = | SELL 172.01 (+2.01 +1.18%)"

but all i want is the number after SELL. So all i need is 172.01 into another cell, 

How do i isolate this and put it into another cell?

following is a solution to the problem
