I am trying to set up a GPA tracker for the school I work at. Here is the file I am working with.

I am trying to set up a GPA tracker for the school I work at. Here is the file I am working with.
My problem is that kids may or may not take certain courses, but the empty cells are averaging in as zeros. Also, the GPAs are weighted with A+, A, A- etc. And the AP classes are out of 5 grade points where the non-AP classes are out of 4.
How do I get this to work?
